Return Policy
Secondhand Charm takes great pride in the quality of our products and we think you will love your purchases. However, if you are not "tickled pink" when your order arrives, simply return it to us within 7 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange for something else. For a full refund or exchange the item must be returned in its original condition. All items must be unused and in undamaged condition. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us via email to arrange an exchange or refund.
Shipping & Handling
Orders within the U.S. - The cost of shipping is $4.00 per item. Depending on quantity purchased items will be mailed parcel post or priority mail which takes 2-4 days excluding weekends and holidays. Secondhand Charm will ship your package within 3 business days, sometimes sooner. If you need a rush order please contact us before placing your order.
8.25% Sales tax will be added to all purchases within the state of Texas. International shipping rates are higher than U.S. orders and does not include delivery confirmation.
Payments
Secondhand Charm accepts Visa and Mastercard but you must call in your order. You can also pay through Paypal.
Privacy
We respect your privacy rights. Secondhand Charm will treat any information you provide us strictly as confidential information and will not disclose it to any third party.
Secondhand Charm maintains email lists but only of those individuals that have signed up for updates from us.
